Jose Mourinho says he is more than happy at Real Madrid despite vacancy at old club
MADRID, SPAIN (MARCH 09, 2012) (REUTERS) -Real Madrid boss Jose Mourinho says he has no plans to abandon Spain and return to former club Chelsea
Mourinho has been linked with a move to Chelsea after the Blues removed Andre Villas-Boas but Mourinho said that he is very happy in Madrid.
"I was comfortable at Inter (Inter Milan) but Real Madrid was very persuasive. I felt that at that moment in my career I had to train Madrid to feel me complete to feel that I have been in all the biggest and important (clubs),"
The Special One II sounds like a Hollywood sequel but Chelsea fans will hope rumours of his return are not fiction.
Villas-Boas was supposed to be Abramovich's new Mourinho - an impossible task as it turned out - and now the owner may go back to a tried and tested formula despite the pair previously failing out.
Mourinho had a special bond with the senior players during his three-year reign that brought two league titles, although should he return he would want an enormous war chest that could spell the end for the likes of Didier Drogba and John Terry.
