All Italian Serie A and B games this weekend have been postponed following the death of Livorno

player Piermario Morosini on Saturday (April 14), ANSA news service quoted Italian soccer federation director general Antonello Valentini as saying.

Livorno's Piermario Morosini has died after collapsing on the pitch with a suspected cardiac arrest

during an Italian second division game at Pescara on Saturday, Italian media reported.

The news comes just weeks after Bolton Wanderers midfielder Fabrice Muamba suffered the same problem in an English FA Cup match before making a remarkable recovery in hospital.
