MANCHESTER CITY MANAGER ROBERTO MANCINI : (On the Balotelli incident)

"It did not happen like the bad things that are in the newspaper, and the photo made it look worse than what really happened. We were playing a game and Mario kicked his team mates, and so I said to him to go inside and leave the pitch. He said no, so I take his shirt and I push him off the pitch. This is what really happened, nothing special, no fight - this is not true, absolutely".

MANCHESTER CITY MANAGER ROBERTO MANCINI: (On giving Balotelli another chance)

"I will give him another 100 chances if possible if I think that he can change, because I am here for this. Sometimes I am upset with him because he does everything for this. But I will give him another chance because he is 22 and he can do a mistake but this does not change".

MANCHESTER CITY MANAGER ROBERTO MANCINI: (On Watford Manager Zola)

"He was a fantastic player and his quality was of a top level. He did very well in Italy and did very well with Chelsea, and I think as a manager he needs time, but with West Ham he did very well and now he has a chance to bring Watford to the first division (Premier League), because he knows football very well".

MANCHESTER CITY MANAGER ROBERTO MANCINI: (On Watford fixture)

"We know that the FA Cup is very different from the Premier League and for Watford it is probably the most important game of the year. We will not change a lot of players, as we cant change the players we don't have".
